  1. Exactly!!! I stopped worrying about that and got fat. Apparently the doctor says I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been; low blood pressure (a bit too low sometimes), low cholesterol, good heart beat, strong muscles, hardly ever get a flu or cold, etc. I think the real reason is that I am happier now (not totally happy, but certainly less stressed).

    • I hear that!! Good on you!
      I was around people (women) the other day, and hadn’t realised just how much their harshness on themselves for ‘not eating in case they got fat’, pissed me off lol. We’re talking butter, scones, porridge, eggs … nothing ‘unhealthy’ as such. But oh the stress of always being worried about getting fat!
